Which is better?
Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

Bought to wear as cartilage retainers hoping they'd be slightly shorter than single flare plugs - unfortunately since I got 3/8" this is not the case! The ends are also "flatter" than the plugs, which makes the extra length more visible. If you're looking for retainers, just go for a pair of single flare plugs instead since there isn't a noticeable difference.

Simple comfortable jewelry for my helix piercing. It's very good for when I've had to remove my jewelry as it's gentle to put back in. Nearly invisible.

I two ordered these to wear in my nipple piercings during an MRI scan. They were nicely matched, and even throughout the lengths of the labrets. They were too long, but they definitely served their purpose well.
