One ball is 4mm, the other is 5mm. The labret post is 3/8", while the straight vertical area is 7/16". The inner diameter between the labret post and the farthest curve of the arch is approximately 9/16". The top ball extends about 5/16" from the back vertical post.

I couldn't wear this properly, because it was way to big. Like other reviews say, you should have fuller lips in order to wear this. Otherwise it will "hover" over the lip just like it did in my case. If it was a bit smaller, it would have been awesome!

The lippy loop is rather large so it didn't look right while I was wearing it. I was expecting it to kinda hug my lip but it hovered over the top of it instead. Only buy this if you have large, full lips.

Lippy Loop is the only piece that would work in my lip piercing...as soon as I put it in it healed right up(I had fought the last 3 months before trying to get it to heal. so I recommend this product...A++++ ;)

I bought a second one, because I lost the first one. It's still a little big, but the O rings keep it from moving around on my lip.
