This may just be because it is such a small gauge, but the plate at the end of the claw is tiny and really cuts into my lip. I've only worn it for a day and my lip is raw around the plate. I'll give it a few days to see if it's just an adjustment thing or if it is just that bad.

I was really dissatisfied with this piece. The fact that it was curved on the wearable irritated my piercing. Also, the curve did not work with my chin. I could not keep it from moving to one side or the other, even with the o-ring. On the other hand, the polish was nice, although it was mediocre on the back disc. I really wish I had bought the Body Circle Labret Spike.
