Which is better?
Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. Not a huge fan of these. The ball is really big and I don't like things protruding out of my ear.

The 5/16" diameter of the shaft is too short and was irritating my labret piercing. 3/8" would be ideal. I've always worn 7/16". The flatback disc is too big to be comfortable also. I do like the jumbo cone though.I will wear it on previous bought jewelry.

Bought it for a friend who wears it in her labret. The stem length has suited her well - it isn't so short so as to cause discomfort, but not so long as to interfere with her teeth or allow too much room for movement of the jewellery, either. The weight of the piece, on the other hand, has - perhaps predictably - caused minor problems by further stretching the hole it is worn in.

Great product! I used it to stretch my lip to 0g and now its at 00g. Very easy to stretch with. I wish the 0g came with a cone but the gem is tolerable.

Honestly, I would not recommend this piece to ANYONE. Unless you have extremely thin skin in your mouth. I bought this, and it didn't even go all the way through.
