Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. I got these to wear in my 2nd lobe peircings. They are much too long, but the jewelry is still cute. I may find antheer use for them someday.

Very cute, simple piece for my labret. It is small and subtle and I am happy with it. Also, the disc is small and rounded a bit which makes it more comfortable.

I adored this piercing when it came in the mail. I really really loved the gems and how pretty it looked. My only problem I had was the gems kept falling out. Slowly but surely my gems just about all fell out. It might be because I wore this gem often and didn't change it. So just be aware that the gems will fall out!

If you like it.. don't wear it in the shower! The gems will fall out if you wear it all the time. That being said, I really like it. This is the second one I have bought, because I like all the color options.
