Which is better?
Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

Gosh that gem is tiny! Much smaller than i thought actually. It still looks and feel great though, super comfy.

I was hesitant to buy this because of some of the reviews about the gem sinking into their lip (after having had to throw out several pieces because of the exact same issue). However, I really needed a smaller piece for work, and the pink immediately caught my attention. I bought it yesterday, but it took until this morning for me to get up the courage to break the seal of no return. I'm so glad I did; its absolutely gorgeous. After wearing it all day with no sinking (even while eating), I genuinely think the issue was more with the post length than the gem size. My piercing is right on my lip line, so the 5/16 is perfect, but I can see where a true labret and other mouth piercings could have a problem. Id suggest trying to screw it into an internally threaded post that does fit your lip (as most of them are universal if they're the same gauge). The color is pretty, and more on the purple side than a barbie-pink, and it sparkles with the slightest movement. My favorite buy from BAF so far.

I am in love with this labret. The color is emerald, which is exactly what I was wanting. It's a really teeny tiny gem, but it's sparkles nicely nonetheless. The ball was really easy to screw in too, despite it's size. Now I want more colors!

Got it for my tragus and helix. Polish is flawless and the material is great for irritated piercings that have problems with other metals. The gem is a bit small for my liking but it's good if you want a piece of jewelry that's not as "in your face".

14g 3/8" Pink
These are really pretty, i had originaly got it for my monroe though and i guess i had got a size too long. but if they had a 1/4" i believe it would have been perfect. either way, it fit in my labret and the price is like no other for such good quality jewlry
