These are sold as a pair with a left & right. Even though the length across is 5/8" the actual wearable would be more like 5/16" to 3/8" because it's smaller (vertically).

Comfortable but the heart is a little snug around my nipple (I'm larger than average). Couldn't wear these for too long but they are really cute. Wish they were sold as single since I really only ever wear one at a time since I pair it with the cupid bow design for a fun, flirt look.

simply beautiful....I still have them in. you can wear them for however long you please you just have to make sure to tighten the balls every so often. the heart isn't made of steel so it doesn't hold up as well as the bar. Still an awesome product, thank you BAF.

Very cute but a little small for my nips. The fit is just perfect enough to make me more sensitive than usual. I can't wait for my hubby to get home from work so I can show him!
