Small has an inner diameter of 3/8" with an outer diameter of 1".
Large has an inner diameter of 5/8" with an outer diameter of 1-1/4".

These should fit any gauge barbell since they are not grooved or drilled to fit only one size. You simply place the shield over your nipple and then put your barbell through like normal.
