These have an approximate 1/4" wearable area, 3mm externally threaded gemmed ball ,and a 3mm fixed disc.

18g 1/4" Clear gem
Couldn't be happier with this. It's easy to put in, feels comfortable, love that there is no chance of a "metal bugger".
