I was so disappointed in this item mainly because the way my nose is pierced the star wouldn't stay flat. Beautifully made and lovely teal colour but i just can't wear it :(

This nose screw is awesome! After reading the reviews, I opted for a color instead of the plain polish. The fuchsia is not garish and the star is dainty. It's extremely easy to put in and lies flat. I look forward to purchasing a few more of these in different colors.

I love this screw! This is the first time that I have changed my screw since I got it pierced and I love this. It is kind of long, which makes it easy to put in and take out. It sticks out sometimes, but I have a pretty small nose and that happened with my old screw too.

It has become my everyday comfort nose screw! I'm definitely interested in buying more colours.
