I ordered a pair of 18g high polish with 2mm light blue opal. As well as being beautiful (great finish and just the right amount of sparkle), they're comfy and tend not to poke out of my nose like metal boogers.

I love, love, love, love these!! i have them in dark blue and white opal cabochon cut for my double nostrils. They look beautiful in any light, they are super comfortable and I can't even feel them AND they stay in my nose. Love Anatometal, love their synthetic opal. Love. Did I mention I love these?
