Very comfortable and easy to insert, ball is perfect size to be subtle looking without completely blending in.

The nose screw i got was very comfortable and looked really nice and shiny. exactly what i had been looking for except that after a few weeks of having the screw in the gold plating started to come off. i was a little disappointed .
