Got this to see if I suit black jewellery. Was a bit difficult to get in but can't complain about the quality especially at this price!

I bought this when I wanted to switch all my facial jewelry to black instead of silver. The ball is a great size and looks good. Compared to my other nose screw, it falls out a bit more, so I just gotta be careful in the shower.

These were exactly what I was looking for, a few other folks mentioned them being larger. They do stick out, but are an average size in my opinion

I searched forever for a black nose screw with a bigger size ball. I wanted a really noticeable nose ring and this is the best I could find. It's big if you're not looking for a big nose ring. But for me, it's barely what I would consider "large." I'm still happy with it though.
