Which is better?
Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

Really nice looking set, well matched. Sharp at the point and the gap between points when you first insert them is very narrow so takes a cautious minute to put em in. Oil is completely necessary to get these in, but comfy once you do. 12ga is about the size of a quarter. Horn is somewhat fragile so take them out before changing shirts. Well worth what I paid for them, very unique.

Another great purchase! The color is a beautiful cool black swirled with a touch of grey. The outer ring on one of the pair is aligned a bit off center, but it doesn't have any ill effect on the comfort or the look once it's in my ear.

GORGEOUS!!! They can be a bit of a pain to put in, and don't even think about leaving them in overnight, but these are SO worth the extra effort. Compliments keep coming, even after years of ownership.

Gauge purchased: 2G They were carved well and are pretty, but I thought they would be larger than they are in reality. A scale on the pictures posted would be great. They seem true to size and were comfortable to wear.

Gauge purchased:14g I ordered these about a week ago so shipping was fairly quick. The craftsmanship of this item is near flawless. Only downside is that at this gauge they seem like they may be a but flimsy but we will find out later. All and all its a great item
