14g
i love this. its really small and dainty, just what i wanted. a lot of the handmade pinchers are usually too big, but this one was perfect.

I'm actually really unhappy with this piece. My septum is pierced in the thick cartilage of my nose so it can't accommodate for anything bigger than a 14g. I understand the pincher is hand crafted, but there are about two or three bumps on the pincher that are larger than 14g. I have had this pincher for a while and haven't even been able to fully push it in to wear it. I am also disappointed with the color of the bone. It's a dull white with a couple brown spots.

I absolutely love my bone pincer! Its the perfect piece of jewelry for my septum piercing. All the other jewelry I've purchased from other places was either too big or too small and this was just right.

The insertion gap on this one is a little tiny and the sides are a little uneven, but nothing I can't fix with a file and some time. Great, consistent color, though.

These are well-made, super-affordable, and the gauge seems pretty accurate, which is impressive for something so small. They make excellent winter septum jewellery because they don't get as cold as metal or glass does. They're cute, too.
