This pincher looks absolutely perfect in my nose. My septum/philtrum combo looked odd to me with a staple shaped retainer, but the pincher somehow looks a million times better. It's just as easy to wear flipped up, and the o-rings haven't proved to be a problem at all.

I love this for my septum! I have more than one as a back up in case I loose one because I love it that much!

This one was so easy to insert! Slipped right in without me realizing it, had to double check in the mirror that it actually was there. Very comfortable to wear and it looks wonderful. The o-rings keep it surprisingly secure. Love it :)

The 5/16" pincher, although it fit comfortably, was too small to see. So I decided to try the 3/8" diameter pincher, hoping it'd be more visible. As it turns out, this one's perfect! It looks, fits, and feels great. I can pretty much guarantee I'll be wearing this pincher just about every single day. I love it! If your septum is pierced relatively high-up like mine, and you want the pincher to be visible, definitely order a diameter larger than what fits your septum snugly.

I had my eye on this for a long time, and couldn't wait for it to arrive. Imagine my disappointment after inserting it in my septum when I realized just how tiny these are. I guess my septum was pierced higher-up than most, because this jewelry is just BARELY visible in my nose. I may order a wider diameter in the future and close it to a 5/16" diameter so it's more visible, I don't know. Don't get me wrong, the crescent is really comfortable and it FITS just fine, it's just...too small. I'm not gonna be deterred from Body Circle because of this, though, I know the quality of the jewelry is top-notch.
