Got this for my septum. The jewelry is a bit bigger than the size it's supposed to be, so it's a very tight fit. It looks good, though, and it's a nice size. Not too small, not too big. Can flip it up comfortably too if you want to.

I bought these originally for something fun, mostly to wear at Pride events and I ended up really loving them. They're super comfy and I always get compliments on them no matter where I am.
