These are more opaque than in the picture. there are two sides, one that goes in like a funnel and one that is flat. there isn't that much of a difference, but I noticed and made sure the flat side was on the back. Very comfortable, i recommend them to anyone that has holes that are at least 2g, otherwise, they are difficult to get in.

The transluscent blue eyelets look very nice in the promo pic on the BAF site, so I was kind of surprised to see they're bluer than I thought. Once I put them in, however, they started looking way nicer and more to my liking. As for comfort of wearing, they're as great as all other Kaos stuff - functional, easy to clean and very comfortable to wear and sleep in. After initial slight disappointment due to their color, I started really liking them and thinking that some change in color of the eyelets might be good!

Gauge purchased: 3/4" Vivid and casual, I usually wear these with a pair of blue jeans... kinda more fun than my steel eyelets or my glass plugs. Very comfortable, like Kaos eyelets always are.

Gauge purchased:2 ... I really really love these ones ! they look kinda clear in the pictures, but they are not that clear ... is more like a matte baby blue (which I love !) to wear them, I take the eyelet on my 4 gauge taper and it goes so smooth ! Now I'm on 0 Gauge and I'm gonna buy them again in 0 !
