This item is hand carved from organic material and the gauge will vary +/- up to 0.5mm.

Double flared. Flare approx 1 gauge larger than center gauge. These are made with buffalo horn and inlays for the front designs. Varies from 3/8" wearable on smaller sizes to 7/16" wearable on larger sizes.
