This item is hand carved from organic material and the gauge will vary +/- up to 0.5mm.
Like getting two plugs in one because one side is solid black and the other side has the design.

theses are just what i wanted. they have a nice flair, decent sized wearable are (my lobes are kind of big)and they are very comfortable. and the backs are all black so its like having two pairs of plugs.
