Approximately 3/8" wearable area between flares.
These are not completely round since they are made by hand, but it also adds to the effect of the plugs. Additionally, the holes in the centers usually vary a bit (some might be larger or smaller.
The plugs themselves are clear, except for the center, which is colored. It makes for a very interesting effect, especially in your ears.

The front flares were MUCH larger than I expected, close to 0g. My ears are not at all stretchy so I'm going to have to wait till I'm at a 0 to wear these.... kind of bummed, because they're so pretty!

1-3/8" Cherry red (pair)
Center color not as expected. Expecting transparent bright red but what I received has a orange/red outer center layer with a tan inner layer, both translucent. Pretty but not as expected.

I am really pleased with my pair. The teal color is nice. I just wish there was more white involved in the rim on the pair but still definitely worth the money
