The flare is a little big on the earring. I had to go to a piercing shop to have them stretch my ear up a size in order to fit the earring in. Also, the glow doesn't last that long. If you put it under direct light for a while, like a desk lamp or something, it glows really well, but it dissipates within a couple minutes.

Love these!!!! They glowed really bright and were comfortable and are very cute!! I have been at a 2 for almost a year and I have a hard time getting the flared part in but I have that problem with all flars so maybe it's just me. Just keep in mind with this product that it does have a flare and u might want to order the size down from where u r at. Otherwise u will have to gauge up a tiny bit to wear them. I bout 0 tapers and just went half way up then got them in with no problem.

As a lot of people have said, the flares are pretty big. I filed them down a bit though so they're much easier to insert. The glow is really nice.
