You DO NOT need to include the gauge as you will select it when you add the item to cart .

Please be simple & to the point, for example: 1/2" long; ALL polish; 3/16" balls. We do not need extra information such as "Please get this 14g item in all dark blue with 3mm balls". Whatever you type in goes directly to the company, so less text, and straight to the point is better.

After you have typed in your specs, select the item you want in the drop down menu and hit "Add to cart". If you accidentally mess up, just remove the item from your cart and then re-add it.

While this was a nice product my nose was just too small for it. It was uncomfortable and always stabbed on or the other side. For anyone else with a slightly bigger nose this would have worked.

This is comfortable in my nose. It is a little long For my septum since both edges touch the inside of nostrils. Lightweight and easily inserted in hole.

Using this for my septum piercing is nice and comfortable. Not to long or too short. Beautiful quality and very shiny! I like how it comes with clear o-rings.

Gauge purchased: 12g this is really good i would recomend becuse of the quality of it the only con is getting the clear o-rings on.
