I do like this pair, but I also found them somewhat disappointing. The wood was cut with the burl grain, not across it, so the swirls are visible on the wearable but on the front it's just lines and streaks, no whirls. The wood is a really nice color and finish, with some nice color variation, they just would have been stunning if the grain pattern was cut correctly.

These were really beautiful! 00g were little guys though, they flares weren't too gigantic. They weren't everything I was hoping for, but they're still very nice.

Very light, lots of nice variation. Smooth and comfy to wear. Only downside is small flares.

I got these today, and I'm not sure what I think about them yet- they're REALLY light coloured, and I wouldn't say they're Mayan-flared AT ALL. In fact, the front and back flares are exactly the same. On a positive note, they feel really nice in my ears.

Really beautiful color and grain, but really disappointed by the flares. Definitely not true Mayan flares, both ends appear to be the same size and the flaring that is present is negligible, they don't stay put very well. :(
