This item is hand carved from organic material and the gauge will vary +/- up to 0.5mm.
The back flare on these is tiny and basically nonexistent. For all intents and purposes, these can be considered single flare in most situations.
The below measurements are approximate:
8g through 0g have 1/4" wearable area.
00g and 7/16" have 5/16" wearable area.
1/2"+ have 3/8" wearable.

I found these these pinched my lobes with the o-rings on, so I took them off ...then I lost the eyelets. If youre going to wear them I reccommend wearing just one o-ring on the back to keep them on and dont wear them to sleep, because they will fall out. Was satisfied otherwise :) Theyre really nice.
