This retainer is made from quartz which is stronger than pyrex glass. Nostril Screws are sold in Lefts and Rights and straight. A Left will bend Clockwise when looking at the flare straight on and a Right will bend Counterclockwise. Flares are made extra small so they are less noticeable. A right bend screw should be worn in a left nostril piercing and visa versa. Flares are made extra small so they are less noticeable.

Most comfortable piece of jewelery for my nostril that I've ever owned! It's also completely discreet. I am not allowed to wear any kind of body jewelery or retainer to school, yet even with my teacher close to my face and staring at my nose it was invisible.

I put this retainer in 2 weeks after my piercing since I work in a formal business office and can't have any jewelry. This retainer is awesome, no one has noticed I have it and my nose has healed.

This thing is amazing. I wear a nosebone usually, and when I put this in after removing said nosebone, the top kind of sunk into the hole a bit; I found it funny. When wearing it, it looks like nothing is in the hole unless you look really close. Perfect for my Clinic/Classes since I'm not allowed to have piercings (:!
