Nice subtle flares, but not subtle enough that it falls out or anything. Stays in place. I found that I cannot wear my Maria Tash clicker through this, and my Industrial Strength one is a tight fit. It's a great eyelet though!!

Absolutely perfect for my septum. The micro flares make them easily insert-able, but are large enough to safely keep the jewelry in my nose. This is all I wear, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone

Finally something decent for my septum! It was hard for me to find something with a small wearable area, made out of something other than silicone. Now that I have it, I'm ever so happy.

Perfect piece of septum jewelry! It hasn't fallen out yet, and I've had it for well over a month. It's the most comfortable piece of jewelry I think I've worn in my septum since I was at a 4g. Don't let the flares scare you. =]
