10g are approximately 1-5/16" long.
8g is approximately 1-7/16" long.
6g through 00g are approximately 1-1/2" long
1/2" are approximately 1-5/8" long.

Just wanna get the word out, sizing IS approximate on these. So I got this in an 8g, and I think it may be about a half mm too big, or even a 6g. Personally, I'm going to err on the side of caution and wait to wear it when I'm at a 6g.
Aesthetically very nice, though. Hopefully it'll provide less nostril drama than the tusk I have (dat high piercing)"/
