I found the bullet design less practical than keepers, but can see how they might be a better option for those with multiple nostril piercings.

I've used these to stretch my septum since 12g and I find these ULTRA comfortable! The steel attracts a lot of septum "funk" and could be of higher quality, but I find it so comfortable that this issue can be easily overlooked. Definitely a good buy!

I love the septum bullets - I bought them in almost every size - but I've been told several times that it looks like a huge booger is stuck in my nose.

Bought this for stretching my septum with, but it's not ready for 6g yet. This is a nice length, though, and is well made (allowing for the low price point, obviously). I like the fact that it has a rounded end for easier insertion.
