Finally got this in over a year later. The notch is utterly useless. And it's not long enough to look right in my nose.

I loved the dark color in this blue tusk. It feels comfortable to wear, and I love wearing it because it matches my dark blue hair. The glass is very smooth and feels so much better than plastic. At first I was afraid that I would break it putting in in my septum, but I wear it on the weekends, and I have not had any problems with these glass tusks. They are pretty strong ask long as I take care of them. I would recommend these for anyone with a septum.

The color in this tusk is so beautiful I was really taken a back. I wear this on dates, special events, or just when I feel a little loud. It is very comfortable, and I have worn different sizes, shapes, and material tusk before. I bought these glass tusk in one other color, and the next size up, I was so glad that I did. When I am ready for the next size up I plan on buying 2 more of these tusk in different colors.

Gorgeous color, I get compliments on it all the time. I personally think the notch is stupid, as it does absolutely nothing to hold the piece in your nose and probably does the opposite by varying the gauge right at the wearable. The notch can also be uncomfortable at times, especially if you want to wear it flipped up. These are awesome but I wish they would make them without the notch, which is in my opinion idiotic.

Very beautiful piece! Love the color and the gauge is dead on. I had imagined the notch would be uncomfortable, but I can't even feel it.
