Which is better?
Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

This item is hand carved from organic material and the gauge will vary +/- up to 0.5mm.

Intrepid has discontinued all of their ebony products, and we bought all of the remainder. This is the last of this design in ebony that will be available from this vendor.

Due to the nature of the material there will be some color variation, both among separate pieces and on an individual piece.

Attention international customers:
Due to the fragile/large nature of this product, it needs to be shipped in a box rather than a bubble mailer. This will increase shipping costs at checkout.

These were pretty evenly matched - something I can't say of spirals I have gotten (elsewhere) in the past. They seem a little smaller in diameter than some of my other 9.5mm jewelery, but seem to be staying in place with no problems.
