6g is 3/4" tall by 11/16" wide.
4g is 15/16" tall by 15/16 wide.

0g is 1-1/2" tall by 1-1/4" wide.

Nice and substantial, and the price is right. I get lots of complements on them. Steel means they're kind of heavy, so I'm not sure I'd want them any larger.

When these came in the mail, it wasn't what I expected but I decided to still give them a try. They're a tight spiral but I really like the size now. I'm used to glass plugs and I could notice a difference in weight but it's a satisfying one and not bad at all. I'm really happy with these and they look good.

Steel and Spirals: two great things that go great together! Steel is a favorite material because of durability and price. I got these in 6g, so I can feel the weight of them, which may be something to keep in mind as you go up in larger gauge sizes. I like to wear them while sleeping be I don't have worry about then breaking, or when the shiny steel color will compliment an outfit. Great product!

I plan to use these as weights once I reach 0g. They're heavy enough, too, they weigh in at 22 grams, or .8 ounces each. Nice quality for such a skinny price. :)

I love these earrings. They are super comfortable for all-the-time wear, have a decent weight to them at 6 gauge, and stay in without o-rings, even when I'm sleeping. I've gotten some compliments on them, as well. They aren't identical in the shape and tightness of the spiral, but that's negligible when you're wearing them. I will likely be buying another pair when I stretch to 4 gauge.
