This item is hand carved from organic material and the gauge will vary +/- up to 0.5mm.

The below measurements are approximate:
6g has a 1-3/16" diameter
4g and 2g have a 1-3/8" diameter
0g and 00g have a 1-7/8" diameter
7/16" and 1/2" have a 2-1/2" diameter

6g (pair)
The inlays are only on one side, fyi...the other side is plain horn. Also, my pair of 6g only had one opal inlay. Don't get me wrong, I still love them...but I'm a little disappointed, especially considering how much I spent.
