Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

Holy moly! These are quite dramatic and a little heavy to wear, but they're wonderful for special outings!

Gauge purchased: 0 these are gorgeous! i love how light they feel. the pair i got have lovely blue/grey pieces of shell. one is a bit smaller in size (not guage) but i think imperfections make originality. i'm going to get so much wear out of these beauties!

Gauge purchased: 4 I love these, they are so beautiful. I broke the tip off of one already because it is so thin at the bottom, but i don't care i still wear them, just glued it back together. The silver on the black is like icing on a cake.

Gauge purchased: 1/2" these are so fabulously gorgeous. they are pretty huge in 1/2" but since they are horn they aren't too heavy. they're carved perfectly and there is lots of abalone and and and yeah, they are just great.

Got these a while back and haven't been able to bring myself to wear them yet. Had been waiting for these for ages and was quite disappointed when I got them. One of the tails really doesn't look well finished, and the pair didn't match either. I appreciate it's hard to match the colours of abalone, but one was white and the other a creamy yellow. Just disappointed overall with the horn.
