These things are great. They've been a huge help. I don't know what I'd do without a pair of ring closing pliers.

I got these and ring opening pliers for my first captives, but I found that I managed to bend them way too much trying to close them. Probably my inexperience though. They're definitely worth it though, at least for larger then 12g.

I don't know that I'm strong enough to make these effective on my 8g segment rings. I guess my ears will now be my inspiration for building up my arms. :\

These were too big for closing my rings. I'm a little upset I bought them, but I just bit the cost of them and called it a day.

These are obviously made for larger gauge rings, but they work just as well on my 14g rings. Anything under 7/16" is a challenge though.
