I use these all the time for my jewelry. I even use them in my craft projects if I need to close something like a jump ring. Definitely a multi-purpose tool.

These are great for larger gauge jewellery as it can be a royal pain if you're attempting to manually close rings yourself without the help of pliers. A must buy!

I will say, they are a bit tricky to use at first (by yourself in front of a mirror), but once you get the hang of it, they are wonderful. Honestly, a necessity if you start to size up and you plan on using stainless steel CBR's. The only department in which they lack is with opening. If you are looking for a tool to open jewelry, this is not for you.

Top value, and stacks better than using regular pliers wrapped in medical tape, hahaha. They have not caused any scratches or distortions.
