I switch out my conch jewelry all the time and I have this in right now. It can be a little uncomfortable if I lay on it but otherwise I like it!

average quality, steel at 14g is too tough to bend myself. wouldn't reccomend it if you were thinking of bending it to fit two piercings.

Fun alternative over CBRs for my navel. I lost one of the ends though, so be careful and check the tightness every so often.
