Which is better?
Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

This item is hand carved from organic material and the gauge will vary +/- up to 0.5mm.

Small weights weigh approximately 9 grams. They are 1-3/4" tall by 1-1/4" wide. The largest part your ear must go over to insert these measures approximately 13.5mm across and 9.7mm high -- you must be at least 7/16" to insert them.

Medium weights weigh approximately 14.5 grams. They are 2-3/8" tall by 1-1/2" wide. The largest part your ear must go over to insert these measures approximately 15.5mm across and 11.5mm high -- you must be at least 9/16" to insert them.

Large weights weigh approximately 26.4 grams. They are 3" tall by 1-3/4" wide. The largest part your ear must go over to insert these measures approximately 18.6mm across and 15mm high -- you must be at least 3/4" to insert them.

Very pretty grain and the shape is graceful. The gaps are a bit small... I can*almost* get my lobe through but not quite and I have skinny lobes. I'll have to sand them wider.
