This is my go-to tongue barbell when worn with a threaded disc now! Before this I tried all the clear tongue retainers and no see-ums for work- all of those were either uncomfy or were visible. This piece is comfy and relatively invisible! People at work have no idea I have my tongue done even! I use the small disc on top and this labret end on the bottom. Perfection!
