Such an interesting look, not too big. but if i wear them too long they tend to spin out of my ear.

Pretty but slightly impractical. These aren't weighted so that the part near the gap is heavier and hangs down, so they will spin out really quickly and must be worn with O-rings.

A little difficult because of the large flare on the ends. Better if your ears are a little stretchy.

These are really weighty and have a TINY insertion gap but once I finally managed to get one in they do have the look I was going for. I definitely couldn't wear these for more than a day with the weight, though.
