When opening this piece for insertion it is best to twist the two ends away from each other, rather than opening the ring as one would do with a standard captive bead ring. The second method will distort the shape of the ring.

Great finish, really cute and inexpensive for the quality!

I got my helix orbital pierced a month ago and i had to let it heal before i put this ring in. not gonna lie, it hurt putting this guy in, but this was only after one month of healing so it's still tender and sore. but damn do i love it!! it's so cute. after it was all done i sat down on this bench and a woman from about 6 feet away from me asked if it was a heart and thought it was awesome. unique little piece this is. i'm sure after my ear is completely healed, i could get this in and out with ease.

Tried threading it through my two cartilage piercings. It was fairly easy to get through one, but impossible to manage in both. Still, it's cute and I'll probably wear it one hole.

I bought this for my rook and it's a bit difficult to put in myself, but I can always take it to a piercer to put it in. It bends open and back into place really well. Great product.

I love these, they are adorable, easy to install & bend back into shape to close without bending them out of the heart shape unlike a seamless circular ring are fiddly to shut.
