Approx 7/16" diameter with 6mm bead. Made out of casted steel from a mold. The casting & gem are the same on both sides.

I really liked the design, but the metal is a little softer than I am used to in a Captive. While that makes it easy to get on and off, it also makes it easy to over-loosen it, and makes me fearful of it falling out. Hasn't fallen out yet, though.

i love these, although i think theyre a little pricy for how small they are, and im quite disappointed that within a couple days one of the almost microscopic gems had fallen out. guess i shouldve been a little more careful

These are very cool, and nice quality. A little weighty, they feel like a real substantial piece of jewelry. Note that the beads can only be swapped with other dimpled beads; I was hoping to be able to wear a variety of beads in them, but that doesn't work with these because the top "leg" is tapered and sinks into drilled bead holes. Another thing to mention is that the wearable is squared, so be sure to order your correct healed size as those square corners can feel like a bit of a stretch compared to round surfaces. These look especially awesome worn in multiples ascending up the ear side-by-side.

These captives are fantastic! A bit of a fiddle to get in as all captives are, but afterwards they are super comfortable and the balls are super fun to spin. They are a classy and elegant design that are great for formal occasions without having to wear 18g pairs in saggy holes for the night. I Love them.

These are really pretty and I love wearing them through eyelets. The balls are loose though so I am worried I might loose them.
