The gems on this are much smaller than anything my local piercing shop sold. It was exactly what I wanted and the color I chose is so pretty. Only issue I had is that my current jewelery and the one I ordered are the same length but fit differently, so I've ordered a shorter post. I'm very much looking forward to wearing it, it's very pretty and looks like it's really good quality. The ends are very tiny, you might want to go to a shop to have it put in, it took me a pretty long time to screw the end on.

Gauge purchased: 16g These are amazing!! I haven't been able to find anything this small and dainty anywhere else. They are subtle and sexy and good for all occaisions. I had a bit of trouble getting the gem on the first time but then I got the hang of it. I own a couple of these in different colors and they all look great!

This is the prettiest piece of jewelry my lip has ever seen. I wear the barbell in my vertical labret and the tiny gems are big enough to have no chance of getting pulled through the piercing, yet small enough to look very cute and dainty. I think this jewelry is a very good way of both dressing up a piercing and making it more classy. I had some trouble putting the gems on. I suppose my fingers lack the necessary dexterity, but it took me quite a while to get the gems straight into the shaft so the threads weren't mis-aligned, and then took quite a bit of effort to securely tighten the ends (I used rubber gloves to get a good grip, the ends really are tiny and hard to grasp and twist!) I dread the day when I'll have to undo all that hard work... Overall, I think this jewelry is very high-quality, very attractive, and completely worth the price! I have absolutely no regrets about buying it!
