I got this for my rook, and let me tell you, it was NOT easy to get in! It's so tiny and my rook is pretty far in...it must have taken me 2 hours total to finally get the thing in my ear. (it was worth it :D ) Also, be very careful when handling the end - I dropped mine, and almost lost it! This was my first experience with the threadless design, and I'm happy with it. I'm not sure how I'm going to get it out of my ear, though. The end was hard to remove and put in the barbell when I didn't have it in my ear, and hard to secure once it was in my ear, but maybe that's just my experience with it.

I originally got this same barbell for my rook and I loved it so much that I got another! I'm now wearing it in my vertical labret. So comfy and shiny yet not overwhelming on my face.

Both of my helix piercings seem to get irritated easily. After inserting these curved side gem barbells into both helix piercings they calmed down immediately. My helixes prefer curved barbells since that's what I was initially pierced with, and Neometal is always fuss free!
