Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. I wear these in my conches. I normally wouldn't bring anything externally threaded anywhere near my sweet baby conches, BUT I couldn't really find anything else that looked the way I wanted in my size. These actually are really comfortable. They look great too.

I loved the piece but the ball was a little bigger than I was expecting. But I suppose that's my fault for not reading the description. Perfect for my philtrum, nonetheless.
