I've just ordered this in 7/16", but have been wearing a 00g piece for many months now, and I love it. For me, the curvature of the back is perfect, and doesn't hit my teeth or gums at all, and is extremely comfortable. This piece looks amazing in the sunlight, and people comment on it all of the time, and it's really a good price for a large-gauge labret piece.
