Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

This is one of my favorite pieces! It's my second time ordering it because the heart is easy to loose. The screw is so short, it comes off too easily. I like it so much I will keep buying it though.

soo cute, perfect for my tragus piercing, got so many compliments. maybe I didn't have it on tight enough or because of the placing but if it was tugged on the heart came off. eventually fell off & was lost /:

I wasn't sure what to expect when ordering this (what sort of finish there was on the shape, mostly) because it was hard to tell from the customer photos, but I am very happy with it. It's very shiny, smooth and nicely shaped. It's adorable and fits perfectly in my medusa.

Heart was a little smaller than I had hoped for but otherwise a fine labret. Love the internal threading for comfort, external tends to rip and irritate my holes.
