Which is better?
Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

This item is hand carved from organic material and the gauge will vary +/- up to 0.5mm.

We were trying to find some good quality economy wood labrets, but these did not meet our expectations. The back flare is HUGE, and also we're not sure that they are the type of wood stated. These were supposed to be bloodwood, but we don't believe they are. These might be ok to wear for a day, but we would not recommend for long term wear.

Was good at first, started to mold and chip. Will never buy again, it was horrible and the chipping wood chewed up my gums.

This does have a rather large backing but it can easily be shaved down. As is the jewelry is rather uncomfortable for everyday wear.

This is just fabulous. It feels amazing. I had never worn any wood in my labret before, so I was nervous, but as soon as I put this in I was so glad I had purchased it.

The flare was massive.. so uncomfortable to wear. I suggest sanding it down a lot.
