The size and length were perfect but the dent didn't help that much. It always falls out or becomes crooked. but it is very well made and comfy.

So pretty, I call this my fancy septum jewelry. Fits perfect, doesn't hang to low like most large Guage septum jewelry. The notch in the middle Is much smaller in person, you don't even feel it at all.

This is a really nice pincher. My septum is really "tight" but this notch in the middle of the piece doesn't do much of anything for me, surprisingly. I can't feel it when it slides in, and I still find I always have to adjust this pincher to make sure it stays in place. Not a big deal- as most of the pinchers I own don't have a notch. If your septum will allow it, I would say to wear o-rings with these for that reason. I will be buying more of these, regardless of how effective the notch in the middle is or not.

UGHHH THIS PIECE IS THE BESTTTTT. It's so beautiful and it fits well and I adore the divot. It's not too small (like .5mm off the total gauge, at most) and it's just perfect. It looks great too! Bought a smoke labret to match this gorgeous piece ;D
