Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

Very beautiful, though not as big as I hoped. The pictures are a bit misleading as they are only of very large gagues. However, they are nice, light and very elegant.

This is some really cool jewelry. They are my only pair of super spirals and they are really fun to wear. They don't feel heavy or hurt my ears at all.

I love love love these! They are so beautiful,comfortable, and lightweight. This is the most I've ever spent on jewelry, but they were worth every penny, they are by far my favorite. Get them, you will not regret it :)
